A definition of leadership.
You need to identify an organisation which has a significant presence on the web which includes a CSR statement problem its annual report and perhaps an ethics statement.
You should have identified what your organisation contributes towards society. This should include what goods or services your organisation supplies, the number of people it employs and the amount of corporate tax it pays. It should also comprise of three to four elements that it is actively is contributing towards society possibly using the CSR as evidence.
You should also identify your organisations leader as in CEO and say who they are and use academic leadership trait theory from your textbook to identify the relevant leadership traits that he or she has using evidence collected and collated from the Internet. You do not need to have more than three to four traits. I would also suggest you use transformational or another leadership theory and compare your CEO to this theory providing practical examples.

Section 2. Research the Ceo of Network rail and link his trait theory with different practices.
