Knowledge Translation Plan (KTP) Paper
What is Knowledge Translation:
“Knowledge translation (KT) is defined as a dynamic and iterative process that includes synthesis, dissemination, exchange and ethically-sound application of knowledge to improve the health of Canadians, provide more effective health services and products, and strengthen the health care system.”
(Canadian Institutes of Health Research, 2016, para. 4)
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate how knowledge moves from where it was first created into practical application for client care.
This assignment progresses as you create a plan for bridging the gap between knowledge and practice. Choose a topic from the list of suggestions or talk with your instructor about your own idea, before proceeding.
You will progressively apply all learnings from this course to develop your plan.
The paper will be submitted in 3 sections. Each section will receive instructor feedback.
