Scenario: Using “If-Then Planning”
technique, draft a training plan for the onboarding of a new IT technical
engineer into my team and how to bring him up to speed within the 1st month of
their joining date.

The plan will contain the different milestones that will be
achieved during this 1st month and how to encounter any possible deviation that
might occur due to unforeseeable circumstances.

 

Writing Style: Written work will ascribe to APA
Style, 7th ed. (
APA Style) using 12-point Times New Roman font.  Double-spacing with first line indent of each
paragraph.  A separate Title page and
separate Reference page are required. A minimum of three outside sources
including the articles, cases, and in-class materials and websites are
expected. And must adhere to the following:

       Persuasiveness:
Entirely convincing, even compelling. Uses logical and/or
emotional appeals effectively. Handles all elements of the assignment with
skill; develops and supports ideas using well-chosen examples and creative
details. Speaks to audience.

       Mechanical: Makes
no grammatical or syntactical errors.

       Concision: The
words chosen are efficient and concise. All statements are relevant. Thus,
expressed ideas can be more easily understood.

       Clarity: Entirely
clear. The work follows a logical order, which can be easily identified.
Background and detail support thesis well; facts and arguments are connected:
there are no leaps in logic. Precise language is used.

       Flow: Flows
so well that reader does not need to reread any passage.
