- The presentation should address the following objectives:
- Understanding Leadership Theories: Demonstrate knowledge of various leadership theories (e.g., transformational, transactional, servant leadership) and apply them to develop effective leadership strategies for AI adoption.
- Management Theory Application: Apply management theories (e.g., change management, project management, organizational behavior) to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for AI integration.

Submission Guidelines:
- Presentation: Your PowerPoint presentation should consist of a minimum of 7-10 slides, excluding the title and reference slides. Ensure your slides effectively integrate course concepts to support your strategic plan.
- Peer Reviews: Provide written feedback for two peer presentations, focusing on the integration of course learning objectives and the application of theoretical frameworks.
- Submission: Choose between a PowerPoint presentation with voiceover or a video submission.

Grading Rubric:

- Presentation Delivery (35 points): Effectiveness of the presentation in conveying key information, organization of content, visual appeal, and adherence to time limits.
- Peer Reviews (25 points): Thoughtfulness, relevance, and quality of feedback provided to peers, focusing on the integration of course concepts and alignment with organizational goals.
