The purpose of this assignment is to identify leadership
related issue(s) relevant to your organization (past or present) and use
Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide context for your recommendation to the
issue using the following activities:
1) Devise a question related to a leadership issue(s) and
your organization which combines the leadership content with specifics of a
situation. For example, ask an artificial Intelligence software why motivation
is declining or how to implement gamification style motivation or how to devise
a mentorship program or something around the connection between culture and
strategy.
2) Use ChatGPT ChatGPT (https://chat.openai.com/auth/login)
or Microsoft copilot (Copilot (https://copilot.microsoft.com/) and pose the
question.
3) Review the
response and then ask a subsequent question that is derived from the answer to
the first question. Review the response and ask another subsequent question
derived from the answer to the second question.
4) Develop your recommendations to address the identified
issue adding your own thoughts to the information supplied by ChatGPT. For
example, your recommendations could be around implementation, metrics,
implications, etc.
The content part of this assignment should be approximately
two double-spaced pages long, including a very brief overview of the issue(s)
and relevant context (.5 page), discussion on questions asked and your
recommendations (1.5 pages). The AI results should be included asis in an
appendix, not included in the page count.
Use APA format for
the actual paper, including a properly formatted title page, your two pages of
content, in-text citation, and a reference page listing the AI.
