Measures part in the Methodology + Measurement item table and the Research Model of my paper

1. I have attached our Group Report about Energy Track with a Literature Review, Introduction, Methodology and Jamovi Results. In the Methodology the Measures Part needs to be written and needs to include a Measurement Item table with Construct, Measurement Item, Scale and a Source. I will attach a screenshot of an example below. The information for the  paragraph about the Measures and for the Measurement Item table should be taken from the Report and from the Jamovi File. 

2. Create a Research Model based on our Independent and Dependent Variables and our Hypotheses which are also given in the Report and most importantly the Research Model needs to be based on our Self Determination Theory and designed in form of the Self Determination Theory. 
Very Important: Please have a look at all the examples and attachements provided. I attached the Report as well as the Jamovi Data which are both relevant for this task. I also attached Examples and Screenshots with important guidance.
