Introduce yourself
Explain your roles/functions as emergency manager, including a brief orientation of the history and evolution of your roles/functions. This should include changes in functions of the emergency manager role as well as the professionalization of the role of the emergency manager.

Describe two special needs populations in Walden Heights (from those discussed in Week 8).
For each population, describe their vulnerabilities in an emergency/disaster situation.

Part 3: Technology and Systems
Describe one recent technological advancement in EACH of the following areas:

Briefly describe each system and the advancement you selected for each.
Explain at least ONE limitation associated with EACH system and one way to address each limitation.
