needs of a population of interest and a discussion of potential clinical
interventions.
Students are asked to consider this assignment a “dialogue” between clinical
practitioners and academic practitioners (researchers and other developers of
professional knowledge).

clinical needs that arise within this population, and taking into account strengths,
trauma, and the social context. Discuss the utility of the resources found and what
barriers exist. (Competency 7)
2. Discuss how you would engage the clinical practitioners and academic
practitioners and/or others (individuals, families, groups, organizations, and
communities) who would work with. (Competency 6)
