For this analytical essay, you will choose two essays from the list below.
The essay must be 4 ½+ pages.
You must write a comparison paper using the point by point method, not the block format. We will discuss this in class.
You must incorporate 2 additional sources that relate to the rhetoric of the topic. That is, you don’t have to find quotes on the particular authors, but you must quote something having to do with the rhetorical arguments often found in debates about the topic. Use correct MLA style.
Note—you are not arguing which article is more or less correct/true than the other. You are commenting on the rhetorical techniques each author uses to achieve the purpose of the article.
You must use third person voice.
