Title: ‘Review and Critique of Operations Management’Submission Format
The submission is in the form of an individual written report. This should be written in a concise,
formal business style using 1.5 line spacing and font size 12. You are required to make use of headings, paragraphs and subsections as appropriate and all work must be supported with research and referenced using the Harvard referencing system. Please also provide a bibliography using the Harvard referencing system. The recommended word count is 1,500-2,000 words, excluding the table of contents, references and any appendices you may use. However, you will not be penalised if you go under or exceed the word limit.

Scenario
Using the same organisation that you have chosen in case study 1, investigate how it has maintained its activities for quality management and continuous improvement for optimising organisational performance. In your analysis you are also required to highlight the role of supply chain management and how the supporting operational management activities directed by the organisation are used to satisfy their customer requirements.
This report should include information on the following:
