Optimizing Post-Surgical Pain Management: Implementing Opioid Protocols, Utilizing Non-Opioids, and Promoting Public Health

I need a literature review. The topic stated above; the focus/goal is to explore the use of opioid prescription protocols and over-the-counter pain medication and to address the growing problem of opioid dependence and fatalities resulting from post-surgical opioid prescribing among young people. Evaluate the safety, risks, benefits, and efficacy of over-the-counter pain meds and opioid meds for postoperative pain management.

I do not need a full abstract or introduction. I only need a knowledge gap and primary objective sentences (1 each) for the abstract and introduction.
A body paragraph is needed. For the body paragraph, three sections are required.

1st section –statistics about opioid dependence, opioid-related death, past 2 to 3 decades, and possibly the age group
2nd section – C.R.S.A. 12-30-109 and other sources needed (Prescriptions, Limitations, Rules) – current Colorado statute governing opioid prescriptions (need subparts of who can prescribe what and how much)
3rd section – evaluation of 12 peer-reviewed journal articles, studies, and clinical trials done in the past decade to observe the efficacy, benefits, and safety of opioids versus nonopioids for post-surgical pain management.

Please include additional sources, as needed, for statistics and the COlorado revised statute, as these are not included in the provided studies or PDFs.
