the law, or the entire law, being up for revisions or repeal. Thus, it remains important for nurses
to understand the key components of the ACA (Cherry & Jacob, 2023),

sides of the argument, related articles, your professional, educational, and life
experiences your group will:
(a) Select 4 bullet points from Box 7.1 and defend why it is absolutely necessary that
Congress should never consider repealing these 4 areas of the ACA. Provide
rationale for defending these 4 aspects of the ACA.
(b) Explain which sector of the population would be most adversely affected if efforts for
repealing the ACA ever become reality, and which sectors of the society might find
these repealing changes most beneficial. Provide rational and references to validate
your discussion.
(c) How might the profession of Nursing, the private health care providers, third party
payers, and major healthcare organizations be impacted if the ACA was ever
