I am required to do planning, estimation and backlog management for simulating a workshop introducing people with no relative background about concepts of project management, utilizing SmartSheet. 

The estimation method we use is story points and then the units are: 2 Epic stories and 3 user stories each. That’s 6 sprints and 3 tasks per sprints. The estimation method we use is story points minutes, the first column is how many minutes are actually used | the second column is how many minutes are planned to be used | The remaining minutes, this format needs to be explained. Then backlog management actually means a total of 18 products in the table below backlog Check who is responsible for the completion, name of each product/feature, and explain each step.
All the past course materials are attached as PDF documents; the introduction for the paper I have as far is attached as word document. The smartsheet I have is attached as pictures too. Grading standard is attached as pdf as well as pictures.
