Description
Each student will prepare a paper using evidence based practice with a specific client, client group, or agency issue from your practicum experience. The paper should be designed to showcase the problem solving process using the GIM.

You will submit the assignment to Blackboard. Please use the outline below to organize your paper.
Assignment Outline:
Client information.
Description of presenting problem.
Assessment of processes used; application of a theoretical framework; review of agency assessment tool.
Evidence Based Practice Literature:
Evidence based practice decision making processes including the use of two evidence based research articles.
Relate to client system assessment.
Discuss client’s goals, objectives, and plan of intervention. In addition, include the following:
What are the barriers to achieving the client’s goals? Examples are resources, environmental, client personal issues, etc.
What, if any, special adaptations would be needed?
Discuss the process for evaluating client progress.
Develop two open ended critical thinking questions about the case. One of the questions should relate to the evidenced based literature.
