The essay needs to atleast include the last article I listed, I am also including the introduction and thesis statement I wrote:
Privacy in the digital age is an ever-changing thing that only becomes more complicated as technology becomes more ubiquitous in our society. In this research essay, I will delve into the evolution of privacy in the digital age within the context of communication technologies. I will assess the implications and benefits of the Internet and how they pertain to individual privacy while exploring the historical developments and contemporary challenges surrounding it. Through analyzing the historical trajectory and present issues, I will outline the different approaches to digital privacy through generations while arguing that communication technologies fundamentally reshape the public’s perception of privacy and vice versa. As society navigates the digital landscape, which is still relatively new and constantly evolving, concerns over privacy and the potential long-term consequences of oversharing have developed. Digital safety and privacy are imperative to individual security, and the lack of awareness and safety measures places users in professional, personal, and physical danger.
