Describe how you would use observational learning to train the new employee, and address the criteria below.

- Identify the types of observational learning that the new employee will be utilizing.
- What factors will impact the new employee’s learning process on the new job?
- How will you model appropriate job behaviors for the new employee to follow?
- How will you monitor and measure the new employee’s job performance to ensure the training was effective?
