For this assignment, you have recently been hired as a threat assessment and management (TAM) team member for a large organization. Your supervisor asks you to create a flyer to hand out to the organization’s supervisors advertising the types of Structure Professional Judgement (SPJ) tools the TAM team uses during threat assessments.

Your flyer should include the following:

  • Define and describe two SPJ tools from the weekly readings
  • Use the NCU library to find one additional peer-reviewed journal article on each SPJ tool to cite in your flyer.
  • Be sure to cite your definitions and descriptions; even supervisors what to ensure that you are basing your assessments on research!
  • Be sure to make your flyer visually appealing; this is an advertisement. You can use pictures, graphs, or colorful fonts.
  • In terms of APA format, just be sure to cite your sources; other than that– have fun with the formatting for your flyer!

    Length: Flyer, front and back with a separate reference page.

    References: Include a minimum of 2 scholarly references.
