Please use the information about Classical Conditioning and Operant Conditioning in Chapter 6 of the text and the videos provided below to write a two to three page essay in your own words that compares these two types of learning. How are they different? For Classical Condtioning, use information about Pavlov’s dogs, and unconditioned stimulus, conditioned stimulus, unconditioned response, conditioned response, etc. And for Operant Conditioning, don’t forget to talk about positive and negative reinforcements and punishments.
Always start with the text. As it says, above, read the information about Classical Conditioning and Operant Conditioning in Chapter 6 and take notes. You will see all of the information you need to be talking about. Then watch the videos provided. You will be able to take more notes and add more information.
Once you have taken notes from the information in the text and in the videos, you should have enough information to get started on your essay. However, you are free to add your own sources once you have gleaned everything you can from the text and materials provided.

These are short essays so may not need much formatting, however, if you cite sources I have not given you, use APA formatting. There is a module in Canvas that contains information about APA formatting.
Hint: While writing, formatting, and spelling are important in writing these essays, I am grading primarily on content as well. Therefore, the more you cite the text and materials provided as your write, the better your grade will likely be. Adding additional research material may help your grade was well.
