(Can the scales be generalised? Cross culturally? etc)

Is it a universal scale? can it be generalised? are they cross culturally valued?

- Explore some of the psychometrics associated with recruitment for personality as well (For emotional intelligence, maybe MC scale is used.
- The ethics component must be universal throughout the essay rather than a separat eparagraph. (Incorporate it into every empirical evidence included) – Use BPS Code where relevant and integrate the component. Confidentiality, debriefing description – how are these factors? highlight where relevant. Have the ethics been properly followed?
- Also mention the adverse effects of ethics where they have been violated within the studies.
