Your paper is to be a review of current research on some topic in the field of psychopharmacology. The minimum page length is 5 (that excludes title page and references). You are welcome to choose your own topic, but you must get my approval. Not getting approval on your topic can result in a bad grade (mostly if you choose a topic that is not relevant to Psychopharmacology) I have included a list of possible topics at the end of this document.
Avoid direct quotations. If you use a direct quotation, indicate by using quotation marks and cite the page number as well as author and year. Excessive amounts of direct quotations will negatively affect your grade as it is not the standard for scholarly writing of this type. (Generally 2-5 short or medium length quotes is a correct amount for a paper that is this size)
Focus on comorbidity between substance abuse and psychiatric disorders.
