Assignment is a reflective paper (1500 words including references) on the role of quality
professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.
For this assignment you should reflect on the learnings from this and other modules this semester and the workshop held during the previous week with different QA figures ( Associate Director Quality Assurance, Quality Manager, Senior Batch Release Specialist,…)
(The following are some of my notes taken during the workshop:
· “The combination of hard skills and soft skills is fundamental for covering a Quality role”
· “Some important aspects of the QA role are adaptability and flexibility. The most important thing is to have the basics and then you have to be able to transfer your skills in different roles. You can learn a lot from internships or graduate programs and start from there ”
