This assignment requires the students to reflect on a contemporary management-related topic. The aim is to write a short 600 – 800-word reflection paper. At its basic, this requires the students to pull in some of the key principles, concepts, and ideas presented in this course.
The reflective writing topic:
“There seems to be quite a bit of discussion surrounding “Return to Office” (RTO). While employers are primarily concerned about workplace productivity, it appears that employees, especially younger people, do not want to return to the office. Employers have started giving out incentives including bonuses and other financial carrots. In the grand scheme of things, how do you view this current situation and what might be done to overcome this conundrum?”
