2,Reform frequencies, 1970 – 2020 [2 pages]
Complement WERD information with the additional documents that you found during your research. Identify noteworthy changes over time and interpret them. Start this section with a methodological note (1/2 page) in which you identify your data sources for calculating the reform frequency over time. Show a figure with the reform frequency.
3.Reform priorities: Changes over time [5 pages]
Try to identify patterns and distinct reform periods. Summarize key policy documents that signal the beginning of a new reform period. Label the various reform periods 1970 – 2020. Include here figures and tables (at least 2 figures here) and explain them. Draw on Overbey’s differentiation in 9 reform areas (Overbey, 2024) to code the policy documents.( I am attaching our classign reading overber,2024 below, please read carefully and follow the instrctions, i am also attatching an excel table wich is the database of guangxi education policies)
