case of some kind. You must use three current articles on the same
subject taken from a wide variety of journals, magazines, and
newspapers such as Hospitals, National Law Journal, Business Week,
Newsweek, Time and the New Your Times.. For example,
doctors/surgeons partaking in medical marijuana while
practicing/doing surgery – do not use this subject.
Articles must be current (less than 5 years old). Present a typed 7–page
paper (this includes cover page and reference page) using the following

1. The dilemma; include legal as well as ethical/moral aspect
2. Ethical and legal principles discussed (use the textbook)
3. The paper should have at least 3 different ethical/legal issues.
4. Your personal analysis of the situation
