Answer
Questions asked.
Locate, cite, and
state in a plain sentence the rule for each of the following (Note many of
these are privileged communications):
A.
Whether a
person under 14 can testify about a transaction with a deceased person.
B. If
an attorney can testify against a client.
C. If
a drug or alcohol sponsor may testify.
D. If
the results of a mediation hearing may be admitted.
Do
not give case citations or research any case law. Only cite the proper statute,
subsection,
and provide the correct answer to the question. Notice how recently the
statute
for B and C was amended.
Please ensure
citation is correct, including spacing, RCW designation, and subsections.
