This essay assignment is for an undergraduate research design course.
You are expected to write one essay where, based on the literature studied in class and further references, you reflect on the following question:
“Why is a literature review important when conducting research? What purposes may it serve in the research project?”
This essay should have between 550-600 words (excluding headlines, footnotes, and bibliography)
Notes:
• Use examples to illustrate your analysis. Feel free to include examples of your own research.
• Do not forget to define the key concepts used in the essay.
• You are expected to go beyond the references studied in class. (readings from this class are attached below)
Citation Style: Chicago for footnotes (indicate the exact page numbers) and bibliography
Word Limit: 550-600 Max.
