The topic of this paper is diversity equity, inclusion, and belonging within the practice of fundraising. MUST be all related to nonprofit fundraising.
The task of the assignment is to investigate the scholarly (peer-reviewed) and professional literature for their utility in addressing the topic and produce a research paper that synthesizes the literature (minimum of 15 pages of content, numbers 1 to 4 below ). No more than 1-inch margins and 12-point type please. If you are going to include graphs or charts, these should not be more than 1/4 of a page and do not count toward the page count. Academic Literature Review: Using a minimum of 25 references, including 15 scholarly, peer-reviewed journal publications, thoroughly explore and synthesize what the literature says about the topic. Articles relating to nonprofit issues can be found in a wide variety of academic journals including Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Public Administration Review, Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership, and Public and Nonprofit Sector Marketing. You may also use practical resources and textbooks, but must include the 10 juried articles.

Application Discussion: Discuss examples of how this topic is applied in the real world. These examples could be positive or negative, but should specifically relate to the practice of fundraising as a career.
