For this capstone assignment, you will incorporate research from academic sources to create and deliver a well-supported persuasive speech 5-6 minutes in length. This final speech should demonstrate audience analysis and adaptation, strong use of a variety of evidence (all 4 types) from at least 5 sources of varied type retrieved from the library databases, clear organization and structure, and smooth delivery skills. The speech will be presented to your classmates during a class meeting.
You will prepare an outline that documents all parts of your research-based speech using at least five research sources and all four types of evidence (example, statistic, expert testimony, analogy). A full reference page and intext citations using APA style are required. The outline should be typed/ word-processed, proofread and meet college level writing expectations.
