Tell us your story. Why should you be selected to participate in the MVS Leadership Weekend?
Below are some important things about me to be used in the essay, I will be available to answer qustions so please ask if you need anything. This is a very import essay, please do not use to big of words as this is a high school scholarships.
My story, I am the youngest memeber of my family, I was born and raised in Shenandoah County. I have know that I wanted to work with special needs children since the 2nd grade. My teacher was absent due to afamily memembers illness and the subs that we had were not very helpful to a special needs child in our classroom. I became friends with him and started helping with one on one tutoring. I love helping people and I love school and quiclly learned that this is something that I wanted to do long term. which is why I want to attend Lynchburg school as it is a christian school. Faith plays a huge part in my life.
I should be selective to be a participate of the leadership weekend because I think I would learn new ways to be a leader which would help me in college and my goal as a special ed teacher.
