The Semester-long project requires individuals to research a specific topic that relates directly to customer relationship management (CRM). Ideally, you are expected to research the specific topic, including defining and developing the topic. Additionally, you will discuss the value and benefits the topic contributes to CRM. You are also expected to research any challenges/disadvantages associated with the topic and present appropriate and effective methods that successfully address/resolve the specific issues. Additionally, you may research start-ups or small businesses that have experience with the associated topic to enhance your presentation/analysis. Suggested research topics include distinct and specific CRM applications, strategies, theories, and constructs. You are expected to apply learning topics, research, creative, critical thinking, strategic, and entrepreneurial skills to insure a successful project. A presentation video and written component comprise the assignment.
In addition to the information in the Syllabus, the body of the paper should be a minimum of five pages. This does not include the cover page and reference page. A minimum of six valid references are required. The paper should be APA, MLA, or other appropriate format, 12-point font, and double-spaced. You may also choose another more creative style, as long as it is well-written, well-formatted, and professional.
My topic for this assignment is on the comparison of B2B and B2C businesses and evaluate the comparison of customer relationship management strategies. I would also discuss the benefits of each business in reference to their customer relationship management strategies. Also, discuss the challenges for each of these and their disadvantages.
