overcoming the factors that could potentially lead to the Business’s failure.

The purpose of the paper is to research a business, along
with micro- and macro- environmental factors that impact the business, and then
develop strategic goals that might assist towards overcoming the factors that
could potentially impact the success of the business.

  Assignment Guidelines

Please research and address the following topics in your
research paper:

Introduction
– what your paper will be about and how the information will be obtained.

·        
Discuss
background of the business.

·        
Discuss
key macro-environmental factors that impact the chosen business.

·        
Thoroughly
describe the competitors of the business (this should include more than a list
of competitors – it should focus on the areas of business in which the other
businesses potentially compete with the chosen business).

·        
Discuss
how the suppliers of the business might impact the chosen business.

·        
Discuss
how the buyers of the business might impact the chosen business.

·        
Complete
a SWOT Analysis for the business.

·        
Develop
possible management strategies, including SMART goals, that the Business might
implement towards overcoming the factors that could potentially lead to the
Business’s failure.

·        
Conclusion
– include an overview of what your paper emphasized. Continuing to write in
third person, and based on your research of the macro- and micro- environmental
factors that impact the business, also include your analysis of the possible
success (or failure) of the chosen business.

demonstration of weekly reading assignments, learning objectives, and outside

but not including the title page and

scholarly sources
 (not including the textbook) from the FSW library
databases must be cited in the text of the paper.

Each scholarly source
should be cited within the paper a minimum of two times.

The website for the
business can be used as a source, but will not be considered one of the 4
required, peer-reviewed, scholarly sources. Business websites are also not
considered scholarly sources and should not be counted in the minimum support
per page.
