The Capstone is not a research project
I have attached the Capstone Project Instructions and my detailed final outline with
feedback from the instructor. The attached final paper must be revised to coordinate
with detailed final outline feedback . Also, I would like a Table of Contents and Appendix.
I will attach 4 Cases with the Screenshots. Case 3 was discussed in the paper and the
screen shot be included. Case 1, 2, and 4 should be included in the Appendix.
Professor feedback—In the lit review, please keep in mind to focus on the
PA concepts. In this section, it is not necessary to apply all the concepts to your project. For example, conceptualize decision-making processes; the application of this concept to your project will be located in the analysis section. Also, include citations to relevant sources in each letter of the outline.
Citations are essential in this section.
The items in the final paper in bold should be corrected.
The Strong R is administered by TDOC and is used by the
Parole Board in
making parole decisions.
One of my recommendations was also to hire more staff and
create better communication with local jails to obtain disciplinary, program
and job
assignment information for offenders housed there.
My professional experience, Geneva Triplett, should be listed as
source when discussing job duties and for Parole Grant rates. Strong R
data was requested from the Correctional Administrator, West Region, via
telephone and email. Each time, she agreed; but never provided the data.
My professor advised me to note that in my paper regarding the lack of
communication. Also. 2 of my classmates are employed by TDOC and
attempted to assist, but I was still unable to get the data.
