  1. Submit a formal paper about Indiana Jones as a role model for aspiring archaeologists. The paper should be a minimum of 1.5 pages (750-800 words) and it should conform to all format and submission requirements in the syllabus. In your discussion, use Chase’s book chapter “Archaeology and the Ethics of Collecting” and the SAA and AIA statements about professional ethics. Integrate other module and/or Assignment resources to strengthen your discussion. Cite specific examples from the film and from the Assignment resources.
    • Based on his behavior in Raiders of the Lost Ark, is Indiana Jones an appropriate role model for aspiring professional archaeologists? Why or why not?
