Some application of critical thinking, with limited support from readings and class teaching and attempted in-text and citation referencing of at least 5 external sources and a case example. Several errors in logic, grammar, or spelling. Word count sufficient
10-12 Minimum of 2 posts – (primary and reply). Good application of critical thinking, supported by readings and class teaching with proper in-text and citation referencing of at least 5 sources and a case example. Few errors in logic, grammar, or spelling. Word count sufficient.


13-15 Minimum of 3 posts – (primary and replies). Excellent application of critical thinking, well supported by readings and class teaching and with proper in-text and citation referencing for at least 6 sources and a case example. No errors in logic, grammar, or spelling. Word count more than sufficient.


The best “A” level answers will:

·       be your own work and thinking
·       have the primary (main) post reference relevant readings (using in-text and full APA reference listing at the end of the post) Further Note on References: References should number 5-8 for each primary or main discussion with at least 3 being industry or academic references. Inadequate referencing limits the work to 60% as a maximum grade.  Definition references (business dictionary, Wikipedia, CHAT-GPT …) do not count as one of the 5-8 references but you must include these references if you use them.
·       start with an introduction and/or definition of the topic
·       include research on the theory or application value of the topic
·       discuss the research findings with critical analysis
·       provide at least one (1) real world (also known as ‘case’) example
·       have a concluding statement
·       answer the question (as in Identify, Agree or Disagree)
·       use good organization and thinking
·       be well written (grammar, spelling, punctuation, language)
