“sustainable LIvelihood Framework”

The aims/objective of this research are to:

1. To examine the
   effects of organizational intervention programs on the triple themes of
   sustainability, analysing the ongoing alternative livelihood program at
   Bogoso Prestea Oil Palm plantation as a case study.
2. To
   examine the nature of the ongoing alternative livelihood programme at
   Bogoso Prestea Oil Palm plantation.
3. To ascertain
   the challenges being faced in the alternative livelihood
   programme at Bogoso Prestea Oil Palm plantation.
4. To
   determine the strategies to improve the alternative livelihood
   programme at Bogoso Prestea Oil Palm plantation.
