The paper must be a minimum of 10 pages, not including the cover and reference pages. The paper should be formatted and typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, and one-inch margins.

3. Please use APA (7th ed.) citation formatting.
4. The paper should include:
a. Introduction- The introduction is used to establish the content of what is to follow. Be sure to include a clear overview and explain the importance of the topic chosen.
b. Body- The body should contain a balanced viewpoint from various perspectives. To demonstrate depth and breadth of research, be sure to include a variety of sources and/or studies. All sources/studies should provide a coherent theme and logical flow and not repeat the same information. Most importantly, you will end this section with a clear analysis of the differences and commonalities about the sources and/or studies included in the review.
c. Conclusion and Synthesis- This section includes an overview, clear synthesis of the information, and your conclusion.
