The assignment is supposed to be a scientific report on a subject of choice, as long as it aligns with the subjects you’re taking in school. I have therefore chosen ‘how effective harsher punishments for crimes are against crime rates.’ I would like the paper to include several countries to research, this is your pickings. However, one needs to be Sweden. Other than that, you have free hands.
