and my philosophy on making disciples.
Please compose this paper using Turabian 9th edition.
Here’s your outline:
1. Share your story of coming to Christ and how you’ve grown spiritually.
2. What implications does your experience have for helping people mature in
faith?
3. Explore the tension between working out our salvation and working to earn
our salvation (See Galatians 3).
4. What does it mean to be an apprentice of Christ?
5. What can a local church do to help people in their spiritual growth?
Unlike other research papers, please use first person in this paper. I need to express my own opinion on making disciples, but it needs to be an informed opinion. In other words, there have been many great thinkers throughout Church history, and I would like you to reference some of them in this paper (e.g., Willard and Foster have written a lot). Of course, the Bible is a foundational reference for
all we do, so I also would like you to reference biblical material.
In addition
to the Bible, I need a minimum of eight high-quality references. Please do NOT use the following in this paper as they are NOT academic sources,
even if they are wonderful ministers/speakers/Bible teachers (and they are!)
Matthew Henry, Chuck Swindoll, John MacArthur, David Jeremiah, Beth Moore, J.
Vernon McGee, Warren Wiersbe, H. Ironside, Billy Graham, Franklin Graham, etc.
Below, I attached my personal written testimoney so that you have a baseline for my spiritual growth and can therefore make an assumption on my philosophy for making disciples.
