More focus must be on (2): the elements of the crime of
population deportation or forced population transfer
In (2-a) the material elements of the crime: the action, its
outcome and the causal relationship between them has to be explained, to
determine whether the actions in the crime are directly caused or contributed
to a specific effect or harm.
In (2-b) explain the two primary forms of criminal intent in
this crime: the general intent and the specific intent
