  2. Several passages in the New Testament describe the life and ministry of Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies. Research the Messianic prophecies from the pre-selected passages of the Old Testament and find examples in the New Testament of how Jesus fulfilled them (e.g., his life, death, and resurrection).
  3. Read:
    1. Isaiah 7:14(new tab) + Matthew 1:22-23(new tab)
    2. Micah 5:2(new tab) + Matthew 2:1-6(new tab)
    3. Isaiah 9:6-7(new tab) + Luke 2:11-14(new tab)
    4. Isaiah 53(new tab) + Matthew 27:32-54(new tab)
    5. Psalm 22(new tab) + John 19:23-30(new tab)
  4. Project: Create a presentation that has at least seven slides showing the life and ministry of Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies.  The presentation should have an introduction slide, at least one slide for each pair of scriptures above, and a reference slide. Cite any references using APA(new tab). You can use whatever tool you are familiar with. If this is a new activity for you, we recommend using PowerPoint, Prezi, Piktochart, or Canva.
