Body: This should be ten pages. The development and discussion of relevant literature. Literature should be integrated, compared to one another and critically discussed. Legal issues should be included, where applicable.
Topics to include in the body: one page on occupational therapist’s role in hand assessments after injury. One-Two pages: The role of the occupational therapist in treatment and rehabilitation following hand injuries. Rest of the body should focus on vocational rehabilitation and return to work strategies/ plans used by occupational therapists.
Conclusion: summary, conclusions and recommendations. Must have implications for practice.
All research should focus on global research and research performed in the South African context. Language should be simple English, yet professional and to an academic standard.
