The nursing profession expects all bachelors prepared nurse generalists to be able to communicate using the written word. Now that your entry level education is coming to a close we would like to assess your mastery in this competency. Write a paper using APA guidelines on the information from your poster presentation. I recommend that you use headings for each section so that the information is readily apparent.
The paper is due (with title page and APA format) and emailed to the instructor by the due date. The body of your paper will be no less than 15 pages (excluding the title page, abstract, appendix, and references).
Evaluations for Paper and Presentation will be based on the rubric included in this syllabus. Overall, the instructor will be evaluating the following criteria.
- Credibility/ logic of design/proposal
- Clarity of design/proposal
- Potential benefit to the science of nursing
- Professionalism of proposal/presentation and visual appeal of presentation.
