Nationwide Uniform Scope of Practice for PAs and NPs Act

Goal: Establish a standardized scope of practice for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners across all states, allowing them to practice fully and independently in certain areas with specific specialties such as -Dermatology, Plastic surgery, Asthetics, Otolaryngology, Obstrics and Gynecology Otolaryngology- without the supervision of a Physician and with specific restrictions.

Benefit: This would allowing to practice with greater autonomy as a PA or NP, making it easier to open your own practice with the right care after school with specific restrictions and access across all states not only for NP but also available for PAs without the supervision of a Physician.
Tax-Reduction for Student Professionals

Goal: Tax-free student loans or Federal tax reduction for low-income students right out of Master’s or Doctorate within 2 years after graduation, and with max two-year gap period from undergrad to graduate degrees.

Benefit: Help students pay for college expenses faster, helping with the National student debt
