This is what I have written before. So use this as a reference for the level of words and language I use:

While some people encourage the project and its ability to generate advantages, impact, and benefits, others still are skeptical about its potential ramifications.
Voices have been raised regarding the potential environmental harm the project can create. Building and operating this mega project will likely damage habitats and wildlife and increase population. While abundant water usage could potentially worsen water scarcity in the already water-scarce region, the project’s demand for advanced technology could contribute to high energy consumption and over-dependence on non-renewable energy sources (Salazar).
As for the economic aspect, Neom has always been crucial to diversify Saudi Arabia’s economy and alleviate reliance on oil. While boosting the economy, creating job opportunities, and attracting foreign investment, some believe that Neom’s innovations and technologies could aid Saudi Arabia’s rise in world rankings in such areas. On the other hand, many are concerned that due to the considerable investment, the country will likely face possible financial risks by relying too much on this singular project. This could also lead to more inequality due to the potential disparity regarding the distribution of benefits among individuals (Ahdad et al).
Some are dubious that the project would lead to displacement of local communities, causing social disruption and loss of cultural heritage. It is also worth mentioning that not everyone has the wealth to live in Neom, thus resulting in an imbalance of benefits, leaning only towards the few wealthy individuals. Ascribable to the opulent and costly developments is a crucial reason for reducing the accessibility of housing options for everyone.
Economics:
Neom has the power to significantly and profoundly impact Saudi Arabia’s economy. Not only will it reduce the nation’s dependence on oil but also diversify its economy (Seo). As a result of Saudi Arabia’s historial reliance on oil earnings, its economy is vulnerable to fluctuations in the commodity’s price. Moreover, the country intends to reduce this reliance and generate a rather more healthy and diverse economy by supporting the expansion of the Neom project. Secondly, Neom will be able to stimulate economic expansion and generate countless business opportunities over the range of different industries, with the contribution of the project’s emphasis on innovation, cutting edge technologies, and sustainable practices (Neom).
