for the introduction I would like you too kinda start off with the histroy od Mexican migrant farmworkers and the start of it all such as durring World War 2 you can start off with them needing an agricultural workforce and thats how the Bracero Program made a connection between the U.S. and Mexico but throughout the years they have been exploited…..etc. something Like that for whatever you find. Also, we and my teacher were talking about having a past and future to see if the exploitation has been changed throughout the years such as what acts happened or fights to stop this and this will add to our question (to what extent) so if you can find a way to do this without is sounding confusing that would be great! cause even saying this kinda confused me lol. Please make sure you mention maybe any acts, laws, strikes organized(Ex: Cezar Chavez) and even to this day, are there any (idk if this relates or how acurate this is because im going off what the teacher told me but the california fires and how migrant farmworkers were on strike and that resulted in food shortages (I also think they were expected to work even through those harsh conditions but i havent dont the research so not sure).
Of course you can delete or add these subjections if you think something will be better (you can also change the order of the subsections if you feel something will make more sense to come before or after something else) but I would prefer you to flow as best as you can because I have allready sarted writing the paper and have done check ups with my teachers and dont want to change the order to much, but you still can.
oh Im also want to make sure footnotes/endnotes are in there (just making sure because im not sure if this goes for all essays or just a few) I dont really know about endnotes but if you use them great.
bibliography must contain all sources cited and must be alphabetical order
font can be in times new roman or areal
I was wondering if you could include pictures? (I think you can use up to 5) I think it would add to the paper such as if you are talking about the explotative system in the Farms and how they use a hierarchys and you can show a picture or something or pictures of there lifstyles/poor living/working conditions. The only requirement about these are they must: be captioned and/or annotated and are used to illustrate a specific point made in the Essay, if they are relevant and appropriate to a point beinf made as part of the argument of the essay, and they must be correctly cited.
also the conclusion of the rubric states: The conclusion says what has been achieved, including notes of any limitations and any questions that have not been resolved. While students might draw conclusions throughout the essay based on their findings, it is important that there is a final, summative conclusion at the end. This conclusion ust reate to the reasearch question posed.
