An assessment of the shortcomings of the existing solution (e.g., website or mobile app, etc.). b. A description of 3-4 features or functionalities that can be added to either the website or mobile app (or both, or any other solution) used by your chosen case company. c. You should explain why your suggestions regarding the technical solution should be adopted by the case company. d. An idea of a campaign to launch/promote the new solution. 3.
