Topic 4: Analyze how the widespread use of smartphones and digital communication platforms affects interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

Your
assignment is to type a minimum three-full-page essay using one or more of the
modes we’re examining in class:  process, comparison and contrast, or cause
and effect. 

Research:

1.    
You
must use at least two highly credible (if not scholarly) sources in this essay.
You must make every effort to find sources from WCC’s library databases.  If you cannot, you must seek approval from me
to use other types of sources

2.    
You
must have properly formatted MLA in-text documentation/parenthetical references
in your text after each sentence containing new source material. All
parenthetical references must match up with a Works Cited page entry.

3.    
You
must provide a properly formatted MLA Works Cited page with the master list of
sources used in the paper.  All Works
Cited page entries must correspond with  parenthetical
references in the body of the essay.
