Written paper guidelines:
The written paper must include a title page, abstract, introduction, discussion of the topic, summary, and references page. A minimum of five (5) content pages (excluding the title page, abstract, and reference page) is required. Students must use a minimum of five (5) quality references (books, peer reviewed journal articles, corporate and industry websites, current industry publications, etc.). The textbook for this course may be used as one of the references.
Research should minimally include: description of the characteristics of the business/organization, discussion on the environmental factors that impact organizational behavior, examination of how work and rewards are used to enhance employee motivation, review of the organizational groups/teams, and analysis of the leadership approaches.
Written papers must adhere to the APA 6th edition style of writing and include in-text citation of references. The paper shall be typed, double-spaced, 1” margins with 12 font size in a traditional font.
