The paper provided very clear a description of the practice setting and the population and an framework. You provide a clear articulated  description of the framework. 

You lost some points for the aim statement. Now the aim statement is a very concise and succinct statement of what the outcome of the project is expected to be. That’s all the aim statement is, under your heading titled aim statement you had a half of
 paragraph, I am unable to determine what your aim statement is because you have not clearly stated an aim statement. 

The aim statement is what is it that you’re looking to happen after you implement this project, you started out, You said that the project seeks to improve the clinic’s mental health, Then you said it aims to bring mental health provider into the primary care setting. That’s not an aim statement.

Then further on you said targets include proposed cutting wait times for mental health appointments and so on and so forth…

So your aim statement is very unclear. So what I’m going to ask you to do for your week 5 assignment the first part of the week 5 assignment is again to discuss your aim statement. 
So please make sure that you have a clear aim statement a succinct and concise aim statement. It is simply the outcome of what you are hoping the project will achieve. 

I notice that you also wrote some lengthy implementation plan. You know, as I say to students. Please make sure that you are including in your papers only what the assignment has asked you to do so. We did not ask students to write an implementation plan of how they’re going to complete the project or how they’re going to use the framework to complete the project, all we asked students to do with the framework was to describe the framework that you have chosen the  implementation plan and what you’re going to do an intervention is coming in future papers, but for this paper we did not ask students to write an implementation plan.

So you can save for another just be very careful that you are in your papers You are providing the information that is requested and not a providing other extraneous information that is not required in this assignment. But overall this was not a bad paper at all.Take care now bye bye…
