Unraveling the unattractiveness of English language teaching: factors and trends

I need a questionnaire for my thesis on the topic ″Unraveling the unattractiveness of English language teaching: factors and trends″. Some instructions I was given: Usually people include closed-ended Likert scale items followed by several open-ended questions. It′s advisable to do some research and see if such a questionnaire exists from a legitimate source and whether they have indicated that people can use it (with a mention of course). Usually those questionnaires are written by professionals and statistics are run on how valid those questions are. I was given these links as examples: https://school-education.ec.europa.eu/en/discover/viewpoints/survey-reinforcing-attractiveness-teacher-careers https://school-education.ec.europa.eu/en/discover/viewpoints/survey-reinforcing-attractiveness-teacher-careers But I am not only limited to these links. I am supposed to do some research as well. If the literature specifies that there is a decline in the desirability of the English langauge teaching career, a reasonable question is to see whether such decline exists in my country and if it does to try to understand the factors contributing to it. I am supposed to send the questionnaire to both teachers and students. 10 questions for teachers and 10 for students would be desirable. If the word limit allows, feel free to add more questions. I am not allowed to submit an AI content.
